December 21, 2005:   Well the process took a little longer than I had hoped due to some database problems, but BearNotes is back online at a new, bigger, cheaper server. Not that any of you care I'm sure, but it's good for me.

December 19, 2005:   The transition to the new server has started. The site will hopefully be back online later tonight or in a couple of days at the latest.

February 22, 2005:   Over 170 zero posters and advertising bots have been removed as per the February 15th announcement. If your account has been deleted in error, or you'd like to inquire about getting an account restored, please contact the administrator.

February 21, 2005: About Bearnotes.com added.

February 19, 2005: BearNotes.com is back up with improved security and new improvements after a longer than expected downtime due to some technical difficulties encountered. Thank you for your patience.

February 15, 2005: In an effort to remove the advertising bots and unused accounts on BearNotes.com, all zero-post accounts will be deleted on the weekend of February 19th and 20th.

If you have 1 or more posts with your account, it will not be deleted or affected in any way. If you have zero posts but do not wish to have your account deleted, simply contact me with your user ID at admin@bearnotes.com, or send an IM from BearNotes.com to Paco103.

If your account has zero posts and you wish to be removed from this list, no action needs to be taken on your part. Your account will be automatically deleted, and this will be the last message you receive until creating another account.
